NFG/SFU Holiday Hours 2024
Hello!
NFG/SFU Staff and Helpers will be taking time off over the holidays and only Management will be available for SFU order queries.
Please note that any SFU (Servers For You) orders that require setup may be delayed during this time (anything with a setup fee). If an order is made, you wont be charged for the delay and your subscription time will start when the order is accepted and complete.
Most SFU packages will work as normal such as web hosting or game hosting, but support may be delayed.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we will try to get back to you when we can.
Schedule
- December 20th through December 23rd - Management only is available part-time.
- December 24th, 25th, 26th - NFG/SFU Offices are Fully Closed. No Management, Staff or Helpers
- December 27th through December 30th - Management only is available part-time.
- December 31st, January 1st - NFG/SFU Offices are Fully Closed. No Management, Staff, or Helpers
- January 2nd - Partially Open. - Only Management and the Rust Team will only be in the office for the scheduled Facepunch Rust force wipe.
- January 3rd - Return to normal hours and availability.
