NFG Vanilla 7.5.4 (1.20 LTS) Release

This is a important release as it will follow minecraft version in 1.20.x and will be supported long term (LTS) due to this being a new base for other modpacks we wish to make so this might make it to 1.20.3/4 and will receive mod updates only from there.
